Refund policy

Customers will have 3 business days from the time of delivery to return an item for store credit. Item must be returned in the exact condition it was sent in. Customer is responsible for return shipping cost and shipping charges are not refundable. Please contact us at info@shopmamoma.com for instructions on how to process the return. After 3 days, all sales are final. All discounted items are final sale and may not be returned for store credit. MAMOMA is not responsible if the returned package is lost or damaged.
